Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Place the unworn items back in their original Stepprs box or mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective inserts are included.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
